Kasumigaseki Capital announced on November 21 that it had acquired land for the development of a logistics facility of approximately 9900 square meters in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

The company is developing refrigerated warehouses and automated refrigerated warehouses to address challenges in the logistics industry, such as increased investment in refrigerated warehouses in preparation for the 2030 CFC regulations, growing demand for refrigerated warehouses due to increased consumption of frozen foods, and labor shortages caused by the 2024 problem.

We have acquired real estate for sale to be used as development land for our new logistics facility brand, "LOGI FLAG." The buyer and transaction price will not be disclosed.

The company stated that the impact on its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending August 2026 will be minor, and that it will promptly disclose any significant impact on consolidated financial results if it becomes clear in the future.
