Koikeya announced on November 21st that it will be revising the prices and specifications of some of its products.
The company has been gradually revising product prices and specifications in response to rising raw material, delivery, and labor costs, but various costs continue to increase, which continues to have a significant impact on the company's business operations.
In this environment, the company has strived to reduce costs by streamlining and improving efficiency. However, with further cost increases expected in the future, it has concluded that it cannot absorb these increases through self-help efforts alone, and has decided to revise the prices and specifications of some of its product lines.
The price revision will take effect on February 1, 2026, and will apply to 23 products, including potato chips. While the actual prices are open prices, the expected price revision rate is estimated to be around 4-11%.
