The "Kantsu ALFALINK Amagasaki Center" is a new hub designed to maximize logistics efficiency by combining the convenience of being "close to the city" with the mobility of "high-speed access." By making full use of the well-developed highway network, the risk of traffic congestion is minimized. In particular, for deliveries to Osaka and Kobe, smooth entry into urban areas and optimal route setting are possible, resulting in a significant reduction in delivery lead times and a thorough reduction in logistics costs.

Kantsu employs a "dominant strategy" that places logistics centers within a distance that allows for constant coordination between warehouses. Eight warehouses are concentrated within a 3km radius of the "Kanttsu ALFALINK Amagasaki Center." By circumventing the capacity limitations of a single location through this area strategy, they are able to respond to customer growth and increased shipments.
