This project aims to address structural challenges facing the logistics industry, such as labor shortages and the need to reduce environmental impact, and to realize a sustainable logistics network and urban infrastructure.
ABeam Consulting's role in projects is to provide ongoing support in formulating DX designs that leverage their expertise in logistics operations and IT, with the core focus being on creating new systems that connect next-generation mobility, such as autonomous trucks, with logistics sites, including shippers and logistics companies.
By February 2026, we plan to complete the organization of the system overview related to the project's business model and the formulation of the DX design.
