Prologis will hold a preview event on December 19th for "Prologis Park Kitakami Kanegasaki," which will be completed in Kanegasaki Town, Iwate Prefecture, that same month.

Prologis Park Kitakami Kanegasaki is a large-scale logistics facility located at the crossroads of the northeastern region, connecting the east, west, north, and south.
Located adjacent to the Kitakami-Kanegasaki Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, and approximately 130km from Sendai City, 250km from Aomori City, 150km from Akita City, and 50km from Morioka City, it is ideally situated as a wide-area logistics hub in the Tohoku region.
Furthermore, it features Prologis' first-ever double indoor driveway, enabling loading and unloading regardless of weather conditions.
In addition, each section has its own entrance and cafeteria, and Prologis explains that "although it is a multi-tenant facility, it can be used as if it were a dedicated facility."
