On November 28, Senko Group Holdings (GHD) acquired a 60% stake in Total Fresh Connection, a Singapore-based company that imports and wholesales fresh produce from around the world, bringing it into its group.
Total Fresh has a procurement network of over 150 companies in 30 countries worldwide, giving it the strength to stably source high-margin, premium fruits and vegetables such as melons and avocados.
Furthermore, the company supplies fruits and vegetables to luxury hotels and major restaurant chains in Singapore, maintaining a leading position over its competitors in the fruit and vegetable wholesale market, where new entrants face significant challenges.
By joining the group, the Senko Group will expand its sales channels for fruits and vegetables by utilizing Total Fresh's supplier network, and will also officially launch fruit and vegetable transportation services with an eye on overseas markets.
The Senko Group has expanded its business by welcoming Skylift Consolidator in 2017, Air Planners in 2022, and Infolog in 2024, working to expand its forwarding business and the development and sales of logistics software overseas.
Going forward, we aim to expand our cold chain network by working on last-mile logistics through collaborations with Skylift and Air Planners.
Furthermore, by integrating Total Fresh's functions with those of the group, they aim to achieve integrated transportation that combines commercial and logistics, thereby expanding their business in Singapore.
