Hulic and Takuyo will hold a joint open house at "Hulic Logistics Misato" on December 17th and 18th.

Regarding the facility, Hulic explained, "It is a four-story building with a total floor area of approximately 17,207 tsubo (approximately 55,000 square meters) and a sloping design, with leases available starting from a minimum of approximately 800 tsubo (approximately 2,640 square meters). Currently, there is a lot of interest, and only a few spaces remain available. In addition to the advantage of securing manpower due to the air conditioning in the fourth-floor warehouse, there are many features such as the ability to use the entire truck berth area as a parking lot, making it very desirable for establishing relay points and sales offices."

At the open house, Takuyo, a tenant in the facility, presented examples of master lease (ML) solutions that can accommodate even small-scale spaces, as well as support for complex move-in construction. Hulic stated that it will provide flexible solutions to visitors' inquiries.
