The Japan Logistics Real Estate Appraisal Organization (JALPA) will hold a seminar titled "Challenges: The Evolving Outlook of Logistics Real Estate" on December 8th.

The seminar will feature a lecture on the latest logistics and warehousing policies by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, as well as lectures by experts invited from Kasumigaseki Capital, estie, and Ryutsu Keizai University, offering insights into the future of logistics real estate from the forefront of policy, business, and academia.
