Gion announced that it has relocated its Chubu Center and commenced operations at the new facility on November 26th, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and expanding its business in the Chubu area.

The Chubu Center is a crucial hub for major retailers, handling product management, sorting, and distribution of both ambient and refrigerated goods. The relocation will revamp the facility's size and functions, enabling us to provide customers with higher quality and more stable logistics services.
The purpose of the relocation is to improve handling capacity. The new center will be approximately 2.7 times larger than the old one, allowing it to handle the increasing volume of goods and significantly improve operational efficiency. It will also strengthen logistics functions. The new facility will enable an efficient layout and the introduction of the latest logistics equipment, realizing even higher quality logistics services.
