On December 3rd, Hakuo Robotics significantly updated the playback function installed in its automated forklift, "AutoFork."
The playback function is a "reproduction" function that uses information recorded by the operator during manual driving to perform automated transport. The update further enhances its strengths, such as requiring no programming or PC settings, being intuitive to operate on-site, and automating everyday tasks as they are.

Specifically, in addition to simple back-and-forth transport, it is now possible to set up complex operations as a single scenario, such as "delivery from one initial position to multiple storage locations" and "continuous transport of multiple pallets."
Furthermore, "multi-point transport" is possible, combining multiple pick-up and unloading points. By setting up routes to match the work sequence at the site, flexible automated transport scenarios can be created.
It's also possible to set up a scenario that automatically repeats the process of "pick → transport → unload → return to initial position" based on a pre-set starting position. This is effective in streamlining routine tasks such as horizontal transport.

In October, Hakuo Robotics opened "Higashi-Urawa Base," a permanent demonstration space for its automated forklifts, in Midori Ward, Saitama City. Visitors can experience the actual machines by reservation.
