According to Takuyo, "We have adopted a system building approach, allowing for a maximum column-free span of 48m and flexible layouts depending on the intended use."
The property is located in Mitsu 1st District, a corporate area with a concentration of warehouses and factories, approximately 10.2 km from the Tomei Expressway's Otowa-Gamagori Interchange and approximately 3 km from the JR Tokaido Line's Aichi-Mitsu Station.
In the surrounding area, the opening of the entire National Route 23 Meihō Road in March 2025 is expected to accelerate logistics needs.
