NEC Nexas Solutions will broadcast a webinar on January 28th titled "Learning from Success Stories! Logistics Reform that Achieved Optimization of Transportation and Delivery."
The seminar will consist of three parts and will introduce the latest logistics reform case studies from JFE Shoji Steel Pipe & Tube Materials, as well as the effectiveness and utilization methods of the supporting solution ULTRAFIX/TMS, aimed at businesses involved in logistics operations.
In the first part, JFE Shoji Steel Pipe & Tube Materials took the stage. They shared how they solved challenges they faced on-site and improved operational efficiency and service quality through their actual initiatives.
This book uses an interview format to explain real-world examples, including insights from those on the ground, such as how visualizing transportation processes can reveal excess transport capacity and improving delivery efficiency through joint transportation between group companies.
In Part 2, we will introduce a system that utilizes ULTRAFIX/delivery planning solutions to create flexible and high-speed dispatch and delivery plans using AI, while taking into account complex constraints such as geographical conditions, time specifications, and doorstep conditions.
Part 3 introduces a transportation progress management service. We will explain a system that supports improved customer service and reduced logistics costs by enabling real-time tracking of truck movements, visualization of delivery status, and implementation of a PDCA cycle through data analysis.
