NIPPON EXPRESS Holdings announced on December 5th that its group company, NX Singapore, has completed the expansion of its warehouse, "Tuas Global Logistics Center."
The warehouse, located in the Tuas district on Singapore's west bank, has been expanded to 9231 square meters, bringing its total floor area to 40,120.78 square meters.

Currently in Singapore, the Tuas Megaport Project is underway, which aims to unify existing port functions and develop a next-generation port with one of the world's largest container handling capacities by 2040.
The newly expanded logistics center is located in a prime location close to the new port of Tuas, with good access to the highway.
Furthermore, it is located at the forefront of transformation, close to the border with Johor state in southern Malaysia, where development is progressing as part of the newly established Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) between Singapore and Malaysia.
To accommodate future increases in demand, the expanded section features a flexible layout and includes temperature-controlled spaces suitable for a variety of industries, including medical and healthcare, precision equipment, and consumer goods.
As part of our green logistics initiatives, we have installed solar panels on existing buildings to reduce our environmental impact.
