On December 8, Nissin agreed to and signed an agreement with the Dutch company Royal Den Hartogh (DH) to establish a joint venture company, Den Hartogh Nissin Corporation.
DH Corporation is a logistics company with over 100 years of history, possessing a strong global network and outstanding expertise in the transportation and storage of chemicals, gases, and bulk foods using tank containers and tanker trucks.
Meanwhile, Nissin has provided high-quality logistics services based on its more than 80 years of experience in the logistics field and its extensive network both domestically and internationally.
The establishment of the joint venture aims primarily to achieve "a dramatic expansion of ISO tank container businesses both domestically and internationally" and "promote global collaboration in chemical logistics."
