On December 8th, PALTAC announced that, in cooperation with Hatoya, a general trading company for uniforms, and Aitos, a manufacturer and distributor of workwear, it will begin recycling used uniforms through the renewal of its logistics uniforms starting in December 2025.
Through the renewal of logistics uniforms, the company is working to recycle used uniforms. The renewal was spearheaded by the "Neo Rosy Project," which was established with the aim of improving the work environment and incorporating feedback from the logistics field, especially from female employees. In the renewal, the selection of uniforms was made while reflecting the real needs and opinions of the project members from the field, such as breathability, comfort, and pocket usability.

At this company, where approximately 8% of the logistics staff are women, they are running a workplace improvement project called the Neo Rosy Project, which leverages a female perspective. Through the activities of this project, they aim to create a comfortable working environment not only for women but for all employees by utilizing the perspectives of working women.
With the cooperation of Hatoya, the company will introduce AITOZ uniforms that meet various selection criteria set by the Neo Rosy Project, including functionality, comfort, hygiene, and design that harmonizes with the workplace. AITOZ participates in the AITOZ/BRING UNIFORM recycling project, which recycles discarded uniforms by collecting them and regenerating the fabric into new uniforms.
Furthermore, PALTAC, which is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its entire supply chain, believes that having recyclable uniforms worn daily is the optimal choice for raising employees' environmental awareness.
Looking ahead, under our medium-term management plan "PALTAC VISION 2027," we have made improving sustainability a key strategic focus, and we believe that these efforts will contribute to maximizing the value of our human resources and to the environment and society. Continuing with our long-term vision slogan, "Creating the future of people and society through the power of connection," we will contribute to creating an environment where diverse talents can work comfortably and to building a circular economy.
