The Demand Forecasting Study Group brings together managers who oversee and manage supply and demand adjustment departments in the manufacturing, distribution, service, and logistics industries.

To effectively promote S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), we will use a framework of "six axes" to improve the accuracy of initial demand forecasts. Based on an understanding of the current situation of each participating company, we will present advanced case studies, share recent challenges and provide insights, and foster personal networks.

Furthermore, the maturity level of demand forecasting will be assessed to understand the current situation of each participating company, and the results will be compared and discussed among the members.

Furthermore, through discussions and other means, we will explore the optimal direction for improving demand forecasting, starting with S&OP, in order to improve demand forecasting and set targets.
