Laputa Robotics announced on December 10th that it has introduced its collaborative picking assist robot, "Laputa PA-AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot)," to Kokubu Hokkaido's Sapporo Logistics Center. This is the second introduction of "Laputa PA-AMR" to an affiliate of the Kokubu Group headquarters, following the Kokubu Kanto-Shinetsu Center.

At Kokubu Hokkaido's Sapporo Logistics Center, labor shortages had become a serious issue, making the creation of a center that could be operated with fewer personnel a crucial theme.
Furthermore, with the increasing complexity of logistics operations, there is a growing need to move away from reliance on individual expertise and to standardize and systematize work processes so that anyone can perform tasks with a consistent level of quality. At the same time, developing DX (Digital Transformation) personnel who will lead logistics in the future has become an urgent issue.
Against this backdrop, Sapporo Logistics Center decided to introduce "Laputa PA-AMR" as a solution that could simultaneously achieve efficiency and standardization in warehouse operations.
