In his latest official note post, published on December 11th, Zero introduces the "work philosophy" of the on-site workers at the Saitama Customer Service Center (CSC).
Among the on-site workers, who range in age from their 20s to their 70s, veterans in their 50s to 70s support the site with their extensive experience and reliable skills, backed by long careers, and play a vital role as the core of the team.
Hiyoshi, the driver, is still active in his 70s and has over 30 years of experience working with vehicles at a famous automobile manufacturer.
"I quit before I caused a major accident," says Hiyoshi, a loader driver who was a loader driver until three months ago. However, feeling uneasy about his driving abilities due to his age, he requested a transfer to a factory worker position.
His pride as a professional, having maintained an accident-free record for many years, led him to make that decision.
The on-site work is grueling, sometimes involving walking nearly 30,000 steps a day, but encountering supercars that they wouldn't normally get to see makes all that fatigue disappear in an instant.
At Saitama CSC, a gathering place for car enthusiasts, the cars for sale are not just "cars," but brilliant vehicles that lead the way in their era, like exciting "treasures."
When they get behind the wheel, regardless of whether they're young or veteran, their eyes light up as they experience pure excitement and joy. That passion fuels their desire to continue working on the front lines, no matter how old they are.
