The memorandum of understanding was signed with the aim of deepening the partnership between Nagase & Co., Ltd., which has a wide range of business operations and a long history in India, and the NX Group, which handles semiconductor logistics globally, including in Japan and India, and thereby deepening their expertise in the transportation and storage of semiconductor materials in India.
The two companies will collaborate to promote the development of the semiconductor industry in India by building a semiconductor supply chain and strengthening relationships with local customers in the Dorela district, where investment in semiconductor factories is rapidly progressing.
In its "NX Group Management Plan 2028," the NX Group has positioned semiconductors as a key industry and is accelerating its logistics initiatives related to semiconductors. To realize its long-term vision of becoming a "logistics company with a presence in the global market," the company operates 103 sales offices and 60 warehouses in 39 cities across India, providing end-to-end logistics services including inventory management, inspection, assembly, export packaging, and customs clearance.
