On December 16, Askul announced the progress (14th report) on its efforts to restore services following the system failure caused by the ransomware attack on October 19.
<Product shipments resumed at Tokyo DC and Kanto DC>

According to the report, ASKUL Tokyo DC and ASKUL Kanto DC plan to resume shipping products using their logistics systems from December 17th.
Accordingly, from 6 PM on December 15th, the number of products available for individual (single) orders was expanded from 500 to approximately 16,000.
While the range of eligible products and shipping centers will be gradually expanded, deliveries may take longer than usual until stable operation is confirmed.
<Situation since December 17th>

*1 Individual items (loose) and boxes (cases) are shipped from the Tokyo DC and Kanto DC. Only boxes (cases) are shipped from the Askul logistics centers in Osaka, Sendai, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kansai, and Fukuoka. The shipping center varies depending on the product.
*2 "Number of items" refers to the number of items that Askul can supply. "Number of order numbers" refers to the number of different product types that users can order (including by size, quantity, etc.).
Furthermore, while the printing service "Papri" has resumed normal service for Soloel Arena, Papri as an ASKUL service has not yet resumed.
Regarding the integration with Askul's external catalogs, preparations are underway to resume the service, and the resumption date will be announced as soon as it is determined.
<Status of other services (underlined sections indicate updates from Report No. 12)>

Please note that the shipping operations of ASKUL LOGIST's 3PL business clients (such as Ryohin Keikaku) will differ from this recovery schedule.
