On December 17, Credo Asset Management announced that it will provide construction management services and overall project advisory services for Daito Kentaku's refrigerated warehouse development project in Chiba City.

This project marks Daito Kentaku's first development project for a refrigerated and frozen logistics facility.
Credo Asset Management provides comprehensive support throughout the entire project, from site selection and brokerage to quality and schedule management during the design and construction phases of refrigerated warehouses, as well as consulting on market research and rent setting.
In recent years, the demand for the development of refrigerated and frozen warehouses has expanded rapidly, but compared to ordinary logistics facilities, they require a high level of expertise in design and construction, such as ensuring insulation performance and temperature control.
Furthermore, given the unique challenges involved, such as location selection and rent setting, Credo Asset Management is leveraging its extensive experience and expertise in logistics facility development to develop not only dry warehouses but also refrigerated and frozen warehouses.
