SG Holdings announced on December 17 that it has been recognized for the fifth consecutive year as a "Best Workplace," the highest rank in the "D&I AWARD 2025" (operated by JobRainbow), which recognizes and honors companies that are committed to diversity and inclusion.
One of SGHD's main initiatives is the establishment of the "Exciting Diversity Committee" to promote D&I across the group, which holds lectures and group discussions on a different category each time.
For example, in a session on the theme of caregiving, after a lecture on balancing work and caregiving, participants deepened their knowledge through group discussions and sharing of support measures from each company in the group.
Furthermore, to support female employees' early return to work after maternity and childcare leave, and to help employees balance work and family life, the company has established an on-site daycare center, "SGH Kids Garden." Employees raising children up to the sixth grade of elementary school can choose a flexible work schedule system for childcare. The company is also promoting paternity leave for men.
Regarding LGBT issues, volunteers have participated in events, and the company has also held "LGBT seminars" for executives, newly appointed managers, and HR/recruitment staff. Furthermore, it organizes "Rainbow Meetings," an ALLY activity, to ensure that LGBT individuals both within and outside the group can interact with employees with confidence.
The SGHD Group has been developing projects to promote the advancement of women since 2011, and currently, it is working to promote the advancement of all employees, including LGBTQ+ individuals, foreign nationals, people with disabilities, and senior citizens. These activities have been recognized.
