This event, organized primarily by truck drivers, is held twice a year with the aim of raising awareness and expanding knowledge regarding safe driving.
The conference was attended by 54 drivers, mainly from different branch offices, allowing drivers who don't usually interact much in their daily work to share challenges and best practices. The event included presentations on activities from each branch, awards for drivers with long accident-free records, and group discussions, providing a platform for learning about safety from multiple perspectives.

The group discussion topic was "How can we prevent rear-end collisions and accidents caused by drivers falling asleep at the wheel?" Based on the results of their aptitude tests, each participant deepened their discussion on specific safety actions that could lead to accident prevention.
At Takasue, we believe that "zero accidents" is our greatest contribution, and we are committed to fostering a corporate culture that prioritizes safety above all else.
In the transportation sector in particular, we are working to create a system where drivers who are familiar with the field can discuss and decide on basic procedures, areas for improvement, and the formulation of safety rules themselves, and the planning and operation of transportation safety conferences is part of this effort.
