Hakobel, a company that develops logistics DX systems, announced on December 19 that it has signed an absorption-type split agreement to acquire the "Truckers Manager" transportation support system operated by Azoop, and will take over the business from February 1, 2026.
<Concluding an absorption-type company split agreement>

An absorption-type company split agreement is a type of M&A method in which a company transfers a portion of its business to another company.
Hakobel aims to build an open platform for B2B transportation and has been working on collaborations with other companies in the same industry.
AZoop's "Truckers Manager" is a system that supports transportation companies in improving profitability, operational efficiency, and legal compliance. Going forward, AZoop anticipates maximizing synergies by taking over the business as a solution that will contribute to improving the management efficiency of medium-sized and small businesses that face challenges in responding to legal revisions such as the two logistics-related laws and the new trucking law.
AZoop plans to optimize its management resources through business succession and accelerate the growth of its businesses, including the used truck buying and selling platform "Truckers Auction" and the logistics specialist recruitment service "Truckers Job".
While "Trackers Manager" will be operated by Hakobel from February next year, existing users will be able to continue using the service as before. Furthermore, the collaboration between "Trackers Auction," operated by Azoop, and "Trackers Manager" will continue.
Hakobel also plans to integrate this with its existing service, "Hakobel Dispatch Management," to support transportation companies of all sizes in further improving their operational efficiency.
Hakobel/Truck Log now includes driver reservation function and supports shuttle transport.
