On December 19, Yusen Logistics announced that its European subsidiary, Yusen Logistics (Europe), completed the acquisition on December 10 of four businesses within the European logistics company Walden Group: Movianto, Eurotranspharma, Transferma International, and Walden Digital, which are responsible for healthcare logistics.

The four acquired entities provide pharmaceutical and medical device transportation services, including contract logistics, 4PL, first-mile delivery, and last-mile delivery, at 138 locations across 12 European countries.
Up until now, Yusen Logistics has positioned healthcare as one of its key industries and has been working to expand its business by opening warehouse bases and building transportation networks in various European countries.
By integrating four business units into Yusen Logistics' healthcare logistics services, the company aims to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of the growing healthcare industry and provide high value-added services.

<Movianto>
Based in the Netherlands, we provide end-to-end transportation, storage, and various value-added services in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology sectors across Europe.
<Eurotranspharma>
As a land transport provider specializing in healthcare, we offer delivery services for pharmaceuticals and medical devices that require strict temperature control. We provide support all the way to the end user, including last-mile delivery and reverse logistics.
<Transpharma International>
We specialize in first-mile delivery and provide GDP-compliant logistics services. We offer comprehensive international transportation services for the healthcare industry, including solutions such as control towers, land transport, sea and air freight transport, and customs clearance.
<Walden Digital>
We support logistics services provided by Movianto, Eurotranspharma, and Transferma International with our proprietary transportation and warehousing management system. We also provide customers with a service to visualize transportation status.
