On December 22, Funai Soken Holdings announced that LogiCreate, a specialist logistics consulting company, is scheduled to join the Funai Soken Holdings Group on January 5, 2026.
This group acquisition aims to strengthen the supply chain management (SCM) support system for shippers by combining LogiCreate's advanced specialized know-how with the business foundation of Funai Soken Supply Chain Consulting, which will change its name from Funai Soken Logi on January 1, 2026.
LogiCreate was founded in 2015. It has a proven track record in logistics strategies and logistics center construction, primarily in the food industry.
Funai Research Institute Holdings plans to leverage the synergies created by LogiCreate's participation to promote business collaboration while utilizing each other's strengths, and to enhance its consulting capabilities to optimize the entire supply chain, going beyond the traditional framework of "logistics."
