The tour is a free program that allows participants to visit Amazon's logistics centers and learn about the latest technologies called "Amazon Robotics," efficient inventory management, the working environment for employees, and their commitment to the local community.

Participants spend 60 to 90 minutes touring the facility, gaining an understanding of Amazon's logistics by experiencing the inside of the fulfillment center. This program has been conducted in the United States, France, Australia, and other countries, and this is the first time it has been held in Japan.
