ANA Holdings announced on December 23rd that it has begun considering and preparing for the restructuring of its cargo business companies within the ANA Group. The aim is to expedite decision-making, optimize costs, and maximize profitability. The restructuring is expected to be completed by the end of fiscal year 2026.

In August of this year, Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) joined the ANA Group, and ANA and NCA are already creating synergies, such as mutual use of cargo space and code-sharing of cargo flights on North American and European routes.

In order to maximize the synergies between ANA and NCA going forward, we have considered the optimal business structure and have decided to prepare for the reorganization of our cargo business company.

Assuming that NCA's Air Carrier License (AOC) will be retained, we will consider the details of the companies to be restructured and the specific scheme.

ANA Holdings positions its cargo business as a growth driver and aims to enhance value by leveraging NCA's large cargo aircraft network and ANA's extensive international route network through restructuring.
