Nisshin announced on December 23 that it had received the "Platinum Kurumin Certification" from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an excellent company for its initiatives based on the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation.

Platinum certification is awarded to companies that have received the "Kurumin certification" as childcare support companies and demonstrate an even higher level of commitment.
Since obtaining "Kurumin certification" in 2022, Nisshin has been working to promote the use of paternity leave and other forms of leave, as well as to increase the number of annual paid leave days taken.
The company plans to continue promoting flexible and well-balanced work styles and create a workplace environment where employees raising children can balance work and childcare.
