Hankyu Hanshin Express announced on December 25th that it has established a local subsidiary, HHE LOGISTICS BANGLADESH, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It began operations on the 8th.

Dhaka is Bangladesh's largest city, home to numerous industrial parks and a large number of Japanese apparel-related companies. While there was previously a representative office in Dhaka, in order to meet the growing logistics demand, it was decided to transfer its functions and personnel to a local subsidiary.
The company aims to solve supply chain challenges in Bangladesh while also supporting the rapidly developing logistics needs of the South Asian region.
