"Hakobel Career" is a recruitment support service that launched in February 2025. It supports the career development of industry veterans, primarily drivers, and also assists in the transition from independent contractor to corporate employment within the industry, thereby preventing talent drain.
Leveraging the network of logistics and transportation companies built over approximately 10 years in the transportation matching business, we introduce job-seeking companies nationwide, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
This new service website was launched to meet the needs of job seekers who want to "consult with a dedicated career advisor" or "carefully search for job information on their own."
Job seekers can search for job postings unique to Hakobel, which specializes in the logistics and transportation industry, based on their preferences such as region, employment type, licenses held, and work style.
Amidst labor shortages, an increasing number of companies are working to improve employee conditions, including work-life balance and salaries. This publication will feature a selection of such companies. Information on companies such as Seino Transportation, Tokyo Sanhachigo Distribution, Maruwa Transportation, and JR East Logistics has already been published.
