MTI and Ocean Network Express (ONE), headquartered in Singapore, will jointly establish a joint venture company, QUAVEO, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in December 2025. QUAVEO will leverage AI technology to promote digital transformation (DX) in operations and business models. By combining the strengths of both companies, they aim to advance DX in the container shipping industry and create new use cases for AI.

ONE is one of the world's leading container shipping companies, operating more than 260 container ships and providing container shipping services connecting more than 120 countries worldwide.
QUAVEO was established with the aim of solving customer challenges and creating new value, leveraging ONE's extensive knowledge and practical experience in the container shipping industry, and MTI's expertise in human resource development utilizing AI technology and data science.
The company's main business activities include developing and providing operational optimization solutions for the shipping industry, as well as supporting business automation using AI agents. In addition to the shipping industry, it also offers AI contract development and data utilization support services to other sectors such as distribution and manufacturing.
"QUAVEO" is a new name created by combining creative and positive linguistic images such as QUALITY, QUANTITY, IDEA, and EVOLUTION. It was chosen to be familiar to the international team, including those from Vietnam, and to serve as a catchphrase.
