TDG Holdings will hold a seminar on February 17th in Nagoya City titled "Recruiting Foreign Personnel as Specified Skilled Truck Drivers."
Currently, the shortage of drivers in the transportation industry is becoming more serious year by year, and it is said that many companies are feeling anxious about the very continuation of their business.
To address these challenges, the seminar introduced the option of employing foreign skilled truck drivers.
Akira Iwamura, President and CEO of Seino Staff Service (Seino Group), which actually employs specified skilled truck drivers, will explain the "realities of the actual work" with specified skilled truck drivers, as well as practical solutions that cover everything from preparation for acceptance to retention after employment begins.
A time for individual consultations will be provided after the seminar.
