On December 25, 2025, Mitsubishi Logisnext and Hakuo Robotics delivered their jointly developed automated forklift, "AutoFork," to a domestic manufacturing plant. This marked the first deployment of the mass-produced "AutoFork" model.

At the manufacturing plant where the system has been implemented, the automated forklift "AutoFork" is being used in the process of transporting pallets containing finished automotive parts. By automatically transporting pallets after the production process is complete to the input area of the automated warehouse or the storage area for the inspection process, the system reduces the need for manpower in inter-process transportation and standardizes work. This reduces reliance on human labor in forklift operations, as well as stabilizing transportation work and improving the efficiency of on-site operations.
Based on the walkie-type forklift, which is widely used in factories and warehouses, the "AutoFork" is easy to set up and adapts well to changes in the work environment.
Following the initial delivery of the mass-produced model, the two companies plan to accelerate the provision of the "AutoFork" mass-produced model and promote the development of automated transportation tailored to on-site needs, primarily in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
