On January 23, Itochu Corporation announced that it would enter into a capital and business alliance with AnyCarry, a company that promotes digital transformation in last-mile logistics.
As the Japanese e-commerce market continues to expand, AnyCarry is promoting digital transformation through the development and provision of its unique last-mile delivery system "ADMS," which utilizes AI and digital technologies.
Itochu Corporation has established the Itochu Digital Value Chain (DVC) to comprehensively support companies' digital transformation (DX), and is working on business transformation starting from the downstream sector. In the e-commerce field, it is supporting the DX of e-commerce businesses by collaborating with Itochu Interactive, which has strengths in e-commerce site construction and digital marketing. Through its partnership with AnyCarry, Itochu aims to provide a "one-stop fulfillment service" that handles core e-commerce operations in one place by combining the functions of each DVC company with price-competitive immediate delivery services and last-mile DX functions.

The aim is to create an environment where e-commerce businesses can outsource everything from website construction and order management to customer support, warehouse and inventory management, and last-mile delivery, allowing them to focus on core business activities such as product planning, brand strategy, and marketing.
The company aims to provide a safe and comfortable customer experience by allowing e-commerce users to flexibly choose delivery methods that suit their lifestyles.
