CBRE will hold a completion open house at "CPD Tokai Chita" in Chita City, Aichi Prefecture on February 12th and 13th.

The facility is scheduled for completion at the end of January. It is located approximately 0.8 km from the Higashiura Interchange on the Nishi-Chita Industrial Road, approximately 9.7 km from the Obu-Tokai Interchange on the Chita Peninsula Expressway, and 0.6 km from Nagaura Station on the Meitetsu Tokoname Line.
CBRE describes the facility as follows: "It is equipped with a whole-building air conditioning system and large ceiling fans, addressing the challenges of heatstroke prevention and job retention, which are frequently cited issues these days. In terms of other specifications, it has the latest logistics facility specifications, such as a floor load capacity of 1.5 t/m2 and an effective ceiling height of 5.5 m. In addition, the property is equipped with a shared cafeteria and emergency power generation."
On the day of the preview, Gaussy will hold a logistics robot seminar and a demonstration of their actual equipment. They also plan to demonstrate the "StarLift," an AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) that does not require Wi-Fi and is capable of outdoor transport.
