On February 17, RENATUS ROBOTICS announced that it will be introducing its integrated automated warehouse system "RENATUS" to FS Uni Management (FSM), a company that handles unified management of medical logistics, and that full operation will begin in February.

This will use digital transformation (DX) to support FSM's logistics reforms, including improving operational efficiency and establishing a stable supply system.

The installation location is "SHIP Grand Base Tokyo" in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, with an installation area of approximately 700 tsubo (approximately 2,300 square meters).

The main benefits of implementation include the ability to store over 15,000 buckets and over 60,000 SKUs. Furthermore, significant efficiency improvements are achieved through "one-stop picking," where one worker at one station completes the simultaneous picking of four orders, and a 24-hour system is realized using picking robots.

Furthermore, by permanently installing a mezzanine level as a maintenance access point, it becomes possible to access the shelves even in emergencies such as earthquakes, allowing inspections and manual shipping to continue.
