E-Soko Group, KUS Logistics Support, and Petit Job announced on February 17th that they will open a logistics school (tentative name) in Tokyo in April 2028 to support the acquisition of various logistics-related qualifications, such as logistics management and forklift operation skills.
The three companies will establish a new joint venture company, "OneSmileLab," at the end of January 2026. Their aim is to revitalize the logistics industry by training logistics personnel, a need that has become urgent due to labor shortages and changes in regulations.

The school will collaborate with a correspondence high school to offer a curriculum that allows students to obtain a high school diploma in addition to their education. With the support and sponsorship of the Logistics Real Estate Association, shippers, and various companies in the logistics industry, as well as the dispatch of instructors, the school aims to provide attractive lectures while keeping the cost burden on students low.
OneSmileLab's capital is 10 million yen. KUS Logi and E-Soko Group each invested 45%, and Petit Job invested the remaining 1000%.
The E-Soko Group operates a logistics real estate business, KUS Logi provides comprehensive support for customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing, and Petit Job offers a human resource matching service. Each company supports students' education and employment from its own unique perspective.
In parallel with opening the logistics school, the company also plans to undertake consulting services related to logistics real estate operations, as well as acting as an agency for IT and DX (digital transformation).
