CBRE and Logisteed Kita -Nippon will hold an open house and business meeting at "KDX Logistics Sapporo Hassamu" in Sapporo City on March 6th.

CBRE explains that the facility is "located in the Sapporo West area, which offers convenient access to Sapporo city and the Ishikari Bay New Port area, with delivery access possible within approximately 30 minutes to the Sapporo Station area."
According to CBRE, "Logisteed Kita-Nippon is currently leasing approximately 3300 tsubo (approximately 5 square meters) of the facility and conducting logistics operations. Starting May 1, 2026, they will focus on proposing logistics services to new customers in the area they will begin leasing and in areas where they are considering future expansion."
Furthermore, they stated that "for outsourced services, we can offer flexible proposals in terms of both area and duration, ranging from small spaces of a single pallet to large storage spaces, and from short-term spot projects to year-round storage operations."
