On March 19, AI Data announced that it will begin full-scale implementation of its logistics AI platform, "AI LogiPro on IDX," with the aim of solving the challenges facing the logistics industry.

Currently, we are working on building system integration between a major logistics company in the Tohoku region and small and medium-sized logistics companies in the Kanto region, and will begin integration tailored to the scale of each company.

This will help logistics companies achieve both sustainable operations and GX compliance by improving loading efficiency, increasing productivity in warehouse operations, and reducing CO2 emissions.

While many logistics companies have made progress in implementing individual systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System), they face the challenge that these systems are only optimized for specific departments and are not being fully utilized for data utilization and decision-making across the entire company.

This platform is a logistics-specific AI platform that integrates and analyzes data within a company by linking with existing WMS and TMS. It is based on AI technology cultivated in a project selected for a subsidy for logistics efficiency demonstration projects by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the knowledge gained during the demonstration phase is being deployed in actual operation.

It has the ability to centrally analyze cross-departmental data such as delivery, warehousing, inventory, transportation, customer, human resources, and management, supporting business improvement and management decision-making.

The expected benefits of implementation include optimization of delivery routes, improved loading efficiency, improved workflow within warehouses, identification of factors causing mis-shipments, and even visualization of CO2 emissions.

Based on the knowledge gained from the pilot project, the company plans to expand its services to small and medium-sized logistics companies, enhance data integration with core systems such as WMS and TMS, and collaborate with logistics developers and WMS vendors.
