On March 31, Zero announced that it would acquire shares of ACT, a Thai automobile transport company, from Mitsui O.S.K. Lines and MOL MANAGEMENT (THAILAND).
Following the acquisition, the group's voting rights ownership ratio will be 74%, and the company is expected to become a consolidated subsidiary.
The aim is to further expand overseas business by creating synergies through incorporating the company's operational infrastructure and customer base in Thailand, including vehicle transport, seed inspection, and PDI (Pre-Dependent Inspection).
The stock transfer is scheduled to be completed on June 10, 2026.
Zero aims to be a comprehensive logistics company and service provider in the automotive distribution sector. In addition to expanding its core vehicle transport business, it is also utilizing M&A to expand its automotive-related businesses, general cargo businesses, human resources businesses, and overseas-related businesses.
