On April 8, Koyosha, a comprehensive printing company, announced that it had obtained a warehousing license for its production base, "Hannō Printing Center BASE," in Hannō City, Saitama Prefecture, and had commenced logistics operations.
<We provide a complete service from printing to shipping>

By realizing "sustainable logistics" that completes everything from printing and storage to material management and shipping within the same location, we reduce truck movement (waiting) from factories to logistics warehouses. This helps our customers reduce GHG emissions and improve operational efficiency in their supply chains.
The background to this includes the digital transformation of print ordering and the need for efficiency improvements and environmental compliance due to the expansion of the e-commerce market.
The company operates the Hannō Printing Center BASE as a next-generation printing facility that runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is powered by virtually 100% renewable energy.
By obtaining a warehousing license, we integrated our traditional "production (printing)" function with a "storage and transportation (logistics)" function. This created a system that allows us to store and ship products immediately after printing, minimizing transportation costs and emissions.
This allows us to handle everything from printing printed materials and catalogs, inventory management, and set assembly (distribution processing) to individual delivery in a single, integrated process, reducing the management workload and shortening lead times for our customers.
