On April 1st, Logisteed transitioned to a management structure centered around Logisteed Holdings (HD).

At Logisteed HD, the Board of Directors is responsible for determining the group's overall management policies and important matters, as well as overseeing business operations. Executive officers then carry out business operations quickly and flexibly under those policies.
