SBS Express Support began offering a shipping service from PUDO Station parcel lockers in April, using Mercari's "Eco Mercari Delivery" service.
With this change, sellers will be able to ship packages anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without face-to-face interaction, by using lockers.

<Streamlining collection by shipping from PUDO stations>
"Eco Mercari Delivery" is a delivery service provided by Mercari that is limited to unattended delivery. SBS Instant Delivery Support is exclusively responsible for deliveries using "Eco Mercari Delivery" and has been working to reduce redeliveries and improve the efficiency of delivery routes.
This update will significantly expand the number of shipping locations and improve the efficiency of package collection by supporting shipments from approximately 2700 PUDO stations located in Tokyo, the three surrounding prefectures, and Osaka and Nara prefectures.
Furthermore, this initiative combines "contactless shipping" and "delivery via contactless drop-off" to achieve "contactless shipping and delivery," enabling a smooth logistics relay without human contact.
With the expansion of the e-commerce market and the urgent need to improve delivery efficiency in the last mile, the company says that through this initiative, it will further accelerate digital transformation and convenience improvements in the last mile.
