First Logistics, which provides logistics services to e-commerce businesses mainly dealing in cosmetics, quasi-drugs, hair care products, supplements, and health foods, announced on May 7th that it has integrated its logistics bases, "Logiminal Kashiwa (First Center and Second Center)," in Chiba Prefecture.
This will approximately double the total floor area, enabling a daily shipping capacity of 25,000 items and a monthly shipping capacity of 750,000 items.

The consolidation of these facilities is driven by the recent expansion of the e-commerce market in the cosmetics and health food sectors. While the increase in SKUs and fluctuations in shipment volume necessitate flexible responses, the company faced challenges such as inventory dispersion across multiple locations, inter-location transfers, and increased logistics costs and shipping delays due to information transmission losses.
The company anticipates that centralizing its logistics functions and expanding its bases will lead to improved logistics efficiency, including stable operations during peak seasons, cost reductions, and shorter shipping lead times.
Furthermore, by making inventory and shipping status visible, they aim to promote "transparent logistics" and support quick decision-making for e-commerce businesses.
Logiminal Kashiwa is located approximately 2.4 km from the Kashiwa Interchange on the Joban Line. It is scheduled to register as a commercial warehouse in August 2026 and obtain a pharmaceutical wholesale license in September of the same year.
