Dialogue announced on June 3rd the launch of "W3 FluxView," an operations management platform for logistics centers.
We integrated progress management, staffing, and cost analysis in real time, allowing users to grasp the situation on-site in numbers on a single screen.
By implementing a cyclical management system that connects deployment planning, performance data entry, and cost analysis using the same data source, we aim to accelerate the PDCA cycle.
The main feature is the real-time dashboard. It displays the progress of all processes, including receiving, shipping, and packaging, in a list using KPI cards. The system automatically detects processes that are showing signs of delay and notifies on-site managers with alerts.
Furthermore, it predicts the estimated completion time for each process based on the current UPH (Processing Per Hour), enabling proactive decision-making.
Regarding personnel allocation, in addition to the automatic allocation function, it features a timeline-style allocation change function using drag and drop. Personnel allocation can be rearranged with intuitive operation, and it guides the placement of the right person in the right place by matching the qualification and skill requirements of each process with the attributes of the workers.
In cost and revenue management, costs by client, process, and employment category are visualized at the daily settlement level. This helps identify increases in labor and outsourcing costs on the same day and supports the prioritization of countermeasures.
In addition, it has a function that instantly notifies smartphones and smartwatches of changes in deployment and cheering instructions.
Dialogue hopes that, amidst worsening labor shortages, data will be used to transform on-site operations from those reliant on intuition and experience to scientifically-based operations.
