On June 10th, Mountain Gorilla announced the launch of "Kakanai Inventory Management System," a new service under its cloud service "Kakanai Lite" for the logistics and manufacturing industries.

This system digitizes inventory management tasks that are currently done using paper forms or Excel spreadsheets, supporting improved visibility of inventory information and increased operational efficiency. It can be used from smartphones and tablets, and allows for real-time management of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and inventory checks.

Key features include the ability to register incoming and outgoing product information on the spot, reducing the need for paper entries and Excel data transfer. Input information is immediately reflected in the cloud, allowing staff and managers to check the latest inventory status.

It breaks away from person-dependent management and reduces the burden of inventory work. It can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, and cloud management supports management across multiple locations.

They are proposing it as a low-cost cloud service starting from 5000 yen per month, targeting small to medium-sized warehouses and similar businesses.
