"ForkReco AI+" is a solution that uses AI analysis of near-miss data to prevent accidents and improve safety in manufacturing and logistics sites where people and forklifts interact. The product is scheduled to be available in mid-July 2026.

In addition to the AI person detection, voice warning, and dangerous scene recording functions offered by the conventional "FoxReco," it now features a new function that automates the extraction of particularly dangerous scenes, video analysis, and safety report generation.

This not only reduces the risk of contact between forklifts and people, but also enables a seamless process of "hazard detection," "warning," "recording," and "analysis/improvement." Near misses that occur on-site are accumulated and analyzed as data, supporting safety management and continuous improvement activities.

Osamu Komatsu, chief of the Safety Planning and Promotion Department at Asahi Logistics, which conducted a trial of "ForkReco AI+", commented, "In the trial, we introduced approximately 100 units to nine locations. Because near-miss situations can be visualized in a report format, it has become easier to identify the times of day and forklifts where risks are concentrated. We feel that the biggest value is that we can now carry out safety activities based on data, which previously tended to rely on experience and intuition."

OpenLogi develops "Inventory Filling Rate Heatmap" to visualize available storage space.
