In recent years, the need for facilities capable of storing hazardous materials has been increasing due to the expansion of the e-commerce market, the increased distribution of lithium-ion battery-related products, the growing demand for semiconductor-related products, and the increased volume of handling of hazardous materials such as cosmetics, fragrances, and alcohols.

In the logistics industry, demands from shippers for legal compliance and safety management are increasing, and while the importance of hazardous materials warehouses equipped with appropriate facilities and management systems is growing, the supply is limited, and demand is expected to continue to expand.

Recognizing this growing societal need, Lisa Partners decided to provide financial support to the developing market of hazardous materials warehousing.
