The work uniforms will be renewed in May 2025, the first time in about half a century. Of the approximately 1970 kg of old work uniforms, 210 kg (about 280 uniforms) were used to produce 2500 coasters.

When the old work uniforms were distributed to employees who had previously worn them, they received responses such as, "I'm happy that they've returned to me in a different form," and "This is a typical initiative for our company, which values its possessions."

In addition to promoting resource recycling through waste reduction, Suzuyo is committed to passing on the memories and sentiments behind the work clothes that have supported the workplace for many years to the next generation in a form that can be used in everyday life. This initiative, which balances environmental considerations with the continuation of corporate culture, will be communicated both internally and externally.
